Blue Box presents quality, consistency, high productivity and resistance. Invented by Dennison in the early 1960s it is still is the industry preference for attaching tags. They are made very accurately with a constant quality, batch after batch. Blue Box fasteners are available in two different base material;
This is how their characteristics relate:
– Polypropylene (PP): Low strength, high chemical resistance, Intermediate abrasion resistance
– Nylon (NY): Highest strength, high chemical resistance, highest abrasion resistance
The main difference between PP and NY Fasteners is the resistance and hardness.
