DELIVERY & PAYMENTS

Delivery costs will be added additionally after sending your order. Our team will send you proforma invoice with lead time and transport costs.
 
How long will delivery take?
 
EU countries: completing orders usually take 3 – 6 working days, but latest delivery time would be up to 10 working days. If your order has not arrived after this time, please call our service team on 00386 59 049 860.
 
Other countries: This may take up to 2 weeks.
 
We ship with DPD, FedEX or GLS and when your order is dispatched you will receive an email enabling you to track the status of your consignment online.
 
 
NON-EU CUSTOMERS: 
It is important to note that you may have to pay custom duties and taxes on the items you purchase and that these local fees are not included in your Stular plus invoice.
 
 
What if I want to cancel my order?
 
You have the right to cancel your order and receive a full refund. For orders that have status `Processing` it may be possible to cancel your order before it is dispatched. Please contact us at narocila@stular.com soon as possible after placing the order. If your order has already been shipped please follow the instructions for `What if I want a refund?`
 
PAYMENT
 
1. Payment method 100% in advance applies for deliveries outside of Slovenia. After your on-line order as a free registered user you receive automatically a proforma invoice for the payment.
 
2. After a personal agreement we also accept a 50% deposit. The remaining 50% is due latest before the goods leave our stock. In such cases a proforma invoice will be sent additionally by our service team.
 
3. Please be aware that a deposit or pre-payment has to be made prior to us ordering any items we do not stock.
RETURNS INFORMATION
 
What if I want a refund?
 
Firstly you must give our customer services team a call or send an e-mail with inormation about returning the items. You are entitled to a refund or an exchange if you return your item in perfect condition within 8 days on your costs. If you are not satisfied with your purchase we will offer you a refund or an exchange.  If the items are returned to us within 8 days in perfect condition we will refund you via the original method of payment within 10 days of us receiving the goods.
 
Please send via recorded delivery and retain proof of postage.

What do I do if I have received an incorrect item?
 
Firstly you must give our customer services team a call or send an e-mail with information about returning the items. We will arrange the return of incorrect items by ourselves.
If the items are returned to us in perfect condition we will refund you via the original method of payment within 10 days of us receiving the goods. We will not refund you if the items will not be in perfect condition.
